Vote-by-mail ballots issued
Contra Costa County begins issuing vote-by-mail ballots on October 5.
Registration deadline
October 19 is the last day to register to vote before the election. Conditional voting remains available after that deadline at specified voting locations.
Election Day
Ballots must be returned by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day. Mailed ballots must be postmarked on or before Election Day and received within 17 days.
